Program Coordinator - Quality Primary Education
Based in Jaldhaka, Nilphamari + Consolidated Monthly Salary Tk. 45,078.00 - 56,000.00
Reporting the Program Unit Manager, you will be responsible for assisting implementation of quality primary education program facilitated by program unit; providing technical supports to partner NGOs for implementing and monitoring education programs; preparing budget and managing resources; supporting capacity building of partners, community including relevant local govt. bodies on resource mobilization; preparing reports and project documentation; and maintaining education network at program unit level that includes GO, NGOs and other organizations. For this role, you should have Masters in Education from a reputed university and minimum 3 years' experience with clear understanding about curricula, interactive teaching-learning process and teachers' training methodologies. Strong computer literacy and good communication skills both in Bangla and English are essential requirements. This position requires motorbike driving for field visits.
