POSITION: SENIOR EXECUTIVE-LEGAL & COMPLIANCE (2 POSITIONS)
Key Responsibilities: Provide legal, opinion, drafting and vetting of contracts and other documents of legal nature, Support business through advice on legal and regulatory matters. Provide any other legal and Para-legal support to various departments of Grameenphone, as required assessment: and analysis of legal risk and report accordingly. Attend before the various courts in Bangladesh and coordination with law firms.
Qualification: University degree major in Law with minimum 2 years experience in relevant field.
Special Skills Requirements: Sound knowledge on Contract, Commercial Telecom, Banking and Land Laws, Excellent communication and interpersonal sensitivity. Excellent presentation skill. Very good leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure with patience. Team player and goal oriented.
