GM (Admin): Masters in any discipline with minimum 08 years' experience in administrative job in any reputed corporate house. Retired Army / Police officers are especially encouraged to apply.
Manager (Admin): Masters in any discipline with minimum 5 years' experience in administrative job. Retired Army personnel may also apply.
Sr. Executive (Admin): Masters in any discipline with minimum 02 years' experience in administrative job in any reputed corporate house.
Security Incharge: Graduation with at least 5 years' experience as security officer in any reputed corporate house. Retired army/police personnel having relevant experiences are encouraged to apply.
Asst. Manager (Transport): Diploma in Automobile with 03 years' experience on vehicle maintenance in any corporate house. Retired army personnel having relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
PS to MD: Masters in English /MBA/ BBA with minimum 03 years experience. Candidate should have experience in office management and secretarial job. Experienced in similar position in reputed corporate house or multinational company are preferable.
Human Resources Dept.
GM (HR): MBA in HRM/Masters with PGDHRM. Incumbent should have at least 08 years' experience in HR with special focus on Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Performance Management, Training, Labor laws, Grievance handling etc.
Manager (HR): MBA in HRM/Masters with PGDHRM. Incumbent should have 5 years' hands on experience and adequate skills & knowledge in HR operation in any reputed corporate house.
Sr. Executive (HR): MBA in HRM/Masters with PGDHRM. The incumbent should have 02 years' work experience in HR in any reputed corporate house.
Accounts & Finance Dept.
Director (Accounts & Finance): FCA with at least 10 years work experiences in any reputed group of companies. Candidate having experiences in land development company will be given preference.
AGM/DGM (Accounts & Finance): M.Com/MBA major in Accounting and Finance with CACC/CA Intermediate with minimum 07 years experience in relevant field. Applicant should have expertise in Accounts, Audit, Cash Management, Finance, Internal Audit, Tax & VAT.
Asst. Manager (Accounts & Finance): M.Com/MBA major in Accounting and Finance with CACC/CA Intermediate with minimum 03 years' experience in relevant field in a reputed business house.
Sr. Executive (Accounts & Finance): M.Com/MBA major in Accounting and Finance with CACC/CA Intermediate with 02 years' experience in Accounts & Finance in any reputed organization.
AGM/DGM (VAT & Tax): M.Com/MBA major in Accounting and Finance with CACC/CA Intermediate with 07 years' experience in Accounts & Finance,05 years of which must be on VAT & Tax in any reputed organization.
Manager (VAT & Tax): M.Com/MBA major in Accounting and Finance with CACC/CA Intermediate with 05 years' experience in Accounts & Finance, 04 years of which must be on VAT & Tax in any reputed organization.
Sr. Executive (VAT & Tax): M.Com/MBA major in Accounting and Finance with CACC/CA Intermediate with minimum 01 year experience on VAT & Tax in a reputed business house.
Media & Communication Dept.
GM (Media & Communication): Post graduation in any discipline. MBA will be an added qualification. Candidate should have at least 08 years hands on experience on media & communication.
Manager (Media & Communication): Post graduation in any discipline. MBA will be an added qualification. Candidate should have at least 05 years hands on experience on media & communication.
Graphic Designer: MFA/BFA from any reputed public university. Incumbents must have at least 03 years work experiences in the related field in any reputed business/agency house.
Copy Writer: Graduation/Post graduation with 05 years experience in relevant area. Candidate should have the skill in writing and creativity, capable of conceptual text development about corporate business and education industries.
Other Depts.
Manager IT: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science & Engineering with minimum 5 years' job experience in maintaining and troubleshooting computer hardware, printer, router, switch and LAN etc. in any reputed corporate house.
Sr. Executive (Credit Realization): M.Com/ MBA from reputed university with at least 03 years' work experience in Credit Realization Dept in any reputed Real Estate/Land Development company
Legal Advisor: LIB from any recognized university. Candidate should have at least 05 years' work experience in any reputed real estate /Land development company.
