PARTEX GROUP want to recruit a Resident Head of Plant Operation for our modern Beverages Plant where we produce Carbonated Soft Drinks, Energy Drinks, Mineral Water in several pack sizes of PET bottle and Cans.

We need a person having minimum 15/20 years of experience and progressive career record in world renowned beverages company with "multi-line high speed" facilities [Krones, Melegari, Sidel, Sacmi & Blowmax, etc. Injection Mold & PET blowing machines], must have HANDS-ON and On-the-Floor working habit, be a proactive innovative, excellent team player with superb man-management and technological capabilities which will help attain minimum downtime, reduce wastage and costs, enhance maximum productivity with quality and achieve at least 80% installed capacity of the machines.

Incumbent should be a good production planner with robust engineering aptitude, provide leadership and direction to all levels in the plant.

An ideal candidate should be a Graduate Mechanical/Electrical Engineer from BUET or equivalent with sharp and solid knowledge of Chemical/Beverages Processing.
