Project Manager (Civil) for SANMAR Properties Limited

Project Manager (Civil-Chittagong):

• B.Sc. Engineer (Civil) with 8 to 12 years or Diploma Engineer (Civil) with 15 to 20 years of experience with proven track record preferably in Real Estate Apartment Projects.
• Should have strong management & technical skills to ensure timely project implementation and ability to co-ordinate with appropriate stakeholders with honesty, sincerity's accountability.
• Having ability to prepare effective program planning, scheduling and monitoring of all project activities.
• Having ability to make regular monitoring of project activities against targets & take corrective measures accordingly.
• Having ability to provide counseling support to subordinates in projects and to ensure effective construction management.
• Having ability to make optimum utilization of project resources with minimum wastage.
