In the past 4 years, UCEP has grown over 100%. In the decade, UCEP plans to continue this growth rate and work to increased self-dependency. To achieve this plan, UCEP Bangladesh requires qualified and experienced candidates for the following positions:

1. Assistant Program Officer (internal Audit)
Major Responsibilities
To support and assist Manager Internal Audit in all respects of audit of the cost centers under UCEP Head Office/Regional Offices.

Summary of the main tasks
a. Carry out internal audit of the cost centers as per audit program/instruction of Manager Internal Audit
b. Check all financial records/vouchers and supporting documents of the cost centers.
c. Submit analytical report on observations and proper recommendations to the Manager internal Audit.
d. Follow-up of measures taken on the comments/findings raised in the internal audit reports.
e. Carry out other relevant tasks assigned by the UCEP authority as and when required.

Experience and Educational Qualification:
a. 03 (three) years practical experience in audit work.
b. Bachelor/Master degree in Commerce with CA course completed from any recognized institute/firm.
c. Ability to write analytical report in English on audit.
d. Knowledge on BFRS & BAS and Local Rules and Regulations.
e. Should have computer literacy in MS Office.

Salary and Benefits: Negotiable

2. Program Assistant
Summary of the main tasks
a. Assist the Component Head in all the activities of the component,
b. Keep him/herself fully informed and updated about the activities of the component
c. Preserve all program/administrative related documents of the component/regions.
d. Maintain confidentiality of documentation and information system.
e. Maintain record/registers for correspondence.

Experience and Educational Qualification:
a. Bachelor degree in any discipline from any recognized university /institute
b. 03 (three) years experience in relevant field
c. Should be computer (iterate and skilled in operating programs like MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word and skilled in Bangla Word Processing

Salary and Benefits: Monthly Salary BDT 18,000/- plus other admissible benefits.

3, Assistant Instructor (Apartment Management)
Summary of the main tasks
a. Impart quality skill training.
b. Prepare and update handouts.
c. Assess the outcomes of training and report to the supervisor.
d. Carry out other relevant tasks assigned by the UCEP authority as and when required.

Experience and Educational Qualification:
a. Diploma in Engineering in Electrical/Mechanical from any recognized university/institute.
b. 5 (five) years practical experience in the relevant field.
c. Should have practical experience on servicing and maintenance of generator, Sub-station and lift

Salary and Benefits: Monthly Salary BDT 16.000/- plus other admissible benefits.

4. Assistant instructor (Tea Factory Technician)
Summary of the main tasks
a. Impart quality skill training.
b. Prepare and update handouts,
c. Assess the outcomes of training and report to the supervisor.
d. Carry out other relevant tasks assigned by the UCEP authority as and when required.

Experience and Educational Qualification:
a. HSC from any recognized institute.
b. 5 (five) years practical experience in the relevant field.
c. Should have practical experience on repair and maintenance of tea factory machinery.

Salary and Benefits; Monthly Salary BDT 16,000/- plus other admissible benefits.

5. Assistant Instructor (Beautician)
Summary of the main tasks
a. Impart quality skill training.
b. Prepare and update handouts,
c. Assess the outcomes of training and report to the supervisor.
d. Carry out other relevant tasks assigned by the UCEP authority as and when required.

Experience and Educational Qualification:
a. HSC from any recognized institute.
b. 5 (five) years practical experience in the relevant field.

Salary and Benefits: Monthly Salary BDT 16,000/- plus other admissible benefits.
