Marketing and Manufacturing Company Job with Head of Operation

We are an apparel marketing and manufacturing company, having our office In Dhaka, Hong Kong and China, would like to recruit a competent person to Head our production unit In Gazipur. This is 500+ machines compliant factory to produce swim wears, athletic wears, and sports wears round the year both in woven and knit fabrics. Our customers are Target Corporation, Wal mart. Sears/K mart, Gymboree, etc in USA and Tema in Europe.

Incumbent should be minimum graduate and must have at least 7 years on hand experience of running a mid size compliant factory. He will be fully responsible for smooth operation of the unit to meet the delivery deadline and customers requirement in terms of delivery. Quality and compliance issues. He will be assisted by a General Manager for Production, Compliance Manager, Quality Assurance Manager and all relevant personnel as per the requirement of a professionally run garment factory.

We are looking for an achiever and who possesses a long term vision. He has to have very good command in guiding his team members and need to be competent in computer usage. He should be in his late thirties or early forties.
