Trainer - Women's Win in (BCB)

The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is a high profile national sports organization responsible for governing and developing the game of cricket in Bangladesh. Keeping in line with its international standing, the BCB is seeking applications from qualified individual(s) for the following positions for immediate appointment:

Position: Trainer - Women's Win

Key Responsibilities:
•  Responsible for the fitness and conditioning of the players,
•  Development and implementation of the best holistic fitness program for the Women's Cricket Team.
•  Coordinate with the Coach and other support staff to implement fitness activities.
•  Conduct or assist in physical examinations, fitness testing, or similar in conjunction with the medical and coaching staff
•  Manage the training facilities and equipment to ensure they are maintained in proper working order.
•  Willing to travel with the team extensively for longer period of time outside Dhaka & Abroad
•  Other duties as may be directed by the authority.

Qualification: Bachelor Degree preferable in science/life Science/Bachelor in Physical Education/ Diploma in Sports Science/ Equivalent degree. First Aid and CPR certified will get preference.

Experience: Minimum 03 (Three) years professional experience in a reputed sports organization/Sports Club/School.

Physiotherapist (Female) - Women's Win in (BCB)

Position: Physiotherapist (Female) - Women's Win

Key Responsibilities:
•  She will be responsible for the day to day injury and primary health care management of the players. Diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of injured players;
•  Player education on anti doping, injury prevention, dietary/fluid advice and self management;
•  Establish a close working relationship with the fitness trainer on injury prevention programs, conditioning of players and sport specific training;
•  Maintain accurate treatment records, injury database and player information files. Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT). Diploma in Sports Science/ Equivalent degree will get preference.

Head Coach - Bangladesh National Women Cricket Team in (BCB)

The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is a high profile national sports organization responsible for governing and developing the game of cricket in Bangladesh. Keeping in line with its international standing, the BCB is seeking applications from qualified individual(s) for the following positions for immediate appointment:

Position: Head Coach - Bangladesh National Women Cricket Team

Key Responsibilities:
•  Panning, Training 6 Managing programs for the Bangladesh National Women's Cricket Team,
•  Set goals and deadlines for the players in line with long term objective of the Team,
•  Motivating the players and assisting them in reaching their optimum performance.

Special Skill Requirements:
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
•  Excellent presentation and report writing skills.
•  Strong analytical ability.
•  Can work independently when necessary.
•  Must have computer literacy, IT knowledge and capable of operating cricket coaching software packages.

Experience: Must have elite level coaching experience. Preference will be given to candidates having experience with any ICC full Member National Team.
