The candidate must have:

• Excellent academic background with at least post graduate  degree  in  Social  Science/Economics/ Business,  Among  others,   a  Master  degree  in Business Administration and Management from a reputed institution will be welcome.
• Dynamic leadership and corporate management skills to lead and coordinate different projects of Swanirvar Bangladesh.
• The ability to manage group dynamics to achieve the goals of the organization including preparation and implementation of business/project plans.
• At least 10 years of professional experiences in the relevant field and networking ability to ensure organizational growth & Development.

Swanirvar Bangladesh, a reputed large NGO of the country invites applications for filling up the post of "Senior Director-Microcredit (SDMC)"

Senior Director-Microcredit (SDMC) is required to supervise and control its microcredit programmers supported by Nationalized Commercial Banks (NCB) and also PKSF. Persons not possessing dynamic leadership qualities and not willing to travel extensively right up to the grass-roots levels need not to apply. SDMC has to ensure budgeted disbursements and full timely recovery, control and monitor the work of some 1.100 Credit Managers, working with the poor loanees mostly female at the village levels, 160 Unit Managers above them and 33 Area Managers. The SDMC will have to work very closely with the Bank Managers at the branch levels as well as their higher management tiers.

The desirable academic qualifications are Master's Degree in any Social Science including economics, mathematics, accountancy, banking degree etc. Additionally MBA degree with good GPA from a reputable institution will be welcome. Adequate hand-on experience in conducting microcredit operations, working with Financial Institutions and bulk lenders as well as loanee's committees and groups and the supervisors is necessary. Reasonable IT skill is essential.
