Wrinkle Free Technician: Post Cure Finishing Chittagong

Senior Technician / Manager:

• To be in charge of our Wrinkle Free Plant that supplies bottoms to the U.S. market.

• Male: Age 35-45

Requirements:

• Needs to have worked in the same capacity as Senior Technician / Manager for at least 5 years.

• Have hands on capability on all the dry & wet processing.

• Able to provide chemical recipe to achieve the required garment effect.

Job Specs:

The person needs to specialize on bottom Wrinkle Free Process.

• Must have experience in precure and postcure PRESS & BAKE method, DIP, PRESS & BAKE method.

• Must have knowledge to achieve DP, CR plus other rating required by our USA customers.

• Write & implement an operating procedure manual for wet and dry processing.

• Train our employees on wrinkle free, postcure and precure washing the correct techniques.

• Standardize all chemical formulations.

• Strong knowledge of chemicals and their cost for the wrinkle free process.

• Cut chemical usage levels while reducing costs.

• Develop new washes, increase production output, improve Quality.

• Interact w/merchants & designers in improving production methods.

• New product Development ability will be an added advantage.

• All candidates must be able to speak English.
