WAVE Foundation, a national NGO, for its project "Activating Village Courts in Bangladesh" being implemented in Chuadanga, Magura and Narail district supported by UNDP & European Union invites applications for the following positions:

District Coordinator-(01)

Major Responsibilities: Prepare work plan for the district, coordinate and monitor on-time implementation of planned activities, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual project implementation reports, liaison with district & upazilla administration and upaziila & UP elected representatives, manage and develop district project staff, etc.

Education, Experience & Competencies: Masters in any discipline. 3-5 years experience in field level coordination, planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of project activities preferably in the area of governance. S/he should possess excellent inter-personal skills, good report writing skills in English, good computer skills in MS Office and good communication skills. Age maximum 38.

Location: Magura, Salary: Taka 22,000 per month

Training Officer-(01)

Major Responsibilities: Conduct training need assessment, prepare training modules, facilitate training sessions, communicate with various training participants and prepare training reports.

Education, Experience & Competencies: Masters in any discipline. 3 years experience in training module development and training facilitation, good report writing skills, computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point, good communication skills in English and Bangla. Age maximum 36.

Location: Chuadanga, Salary: Taka 20,900 per month

2. Coordinator (Internal Audit)

Major Responsibilities: Being head coordinate the internal audit division of the organization, lead a team of internal auditors, prepare annual and monthly internal audit plans, conduct audits in projects, programs and various funds, prepare, review and finalize the internal audit reports ensuring quality, appraise performance of the team members and take necessary staff development initiative, etc

Education, Experience & Competencies: Masters in Commerce and CA Course completed. 3-5 years' practical experience in auditing accounts of development projects and microfinance program, excellent computer skills in MS Word & MS Excel, good communication & report writing skills in English. Age maximum 38.

Location: Darsana, Chuadanga (in WAVE'S Head Office)

Salary: Taka 30,000 - 32,000 per month for first six months. Pay and other benefits according to organization's pay scale after successful completion of six months.

1. Coordinator (Finance & Accounts)

Major Responsibilities: Coordinate Dhaka Office finance & accounts team, prepare budgets for the newly developed projects, prepare program/project accounts, financial report for the donor(s), FD-6 for NGO Affairs Bureau, ensure timely external audits for the projects, respond to internal and external audit findings, analyze various financial ratios, conduct financial monitoring of various programs and projects and assist Director (Finance & Accounts) in preparing consolidated accounts of the organization.

Education,   Experience  &   Competencies:   Masters  in Accounting/Finance and CA Course completed. 3-5 years' practical experience after completion of CA Course, excellent computer skills in MS Word and MS Excel, good communication and report writing skills in English. Age maximum 38.

Location: Dhaka (in WAVE'S Office)

Salary: Taka 40,000 - 42,000 per month for first six months. Pay and other benefits according to organization's pay scale after successful completion of six months. Higher pay can be considered for highly experienced candidate.
