Job Position: Farm Manager & Assistant Farm Manager
Job Description / Responsibility:
Will be responsible for:
Optimum performance of flocks under management
Poultry management (controlling body weight gain of flocks, ensuring
Uniform body weighs, proper brooding reducing stress on chickens, bio-security & disease prevention).
Correct operation & maintenance of farm equipment and generators.
Farm administration (address workers grievances, maintain discipline.
identify most valuable workers, reduce worker turn over, assess training
needs, and implement training programs).
Requirements
• Farm manager: 5 years of experience on breeding farms of reputed poultry companies.
• Assistant Farm Manager. 3 years of experience on breeding farms of reputed poultry companies.
• Any science graduate will be considered with the right experience.
• Ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude (ability to operate & maintain farm equipment).
• Excellent communication skids In English & Bangla.
• Computer literacy (word, excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be willing to live on farm m single accommodation.

Job Position: Farm Engineer
Job Description / Responsibility:
Supervise poultry farm equipment installation & maintenance Responsible for training alt farm staff (technicians, supervisors and workers) in operation, cleaning & maintenance of equipment.
Requirements:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering. At least 10 years experience as engineer, Must have at least 5 years experience as engineer installing & maintaining poultry farm equipment like chain feeder, tunnel ventilation with evaporative ending, nipple drinkers & diesel generator. Must have knowledge of computers. Posted in Thakurgaon, Pahchagarh, Rangpur.
Job Position: Import Manager (Ice cream project):
Job Description / Responsibility:
Ensure that all import formalities are performed smoothly. Opening L/C communication with C & F agent, bank & customs. Ability to develop, plan and manage import related documents. Follow up import items status through FJP.
Requirements:
Masters in any discipline. 10 years of experience in import & export, 5 years as manager. At least 4 yean experience in ice cream industry, Must have experience importing tee cream raw materials & packaging. Must have knowledge of computers. Must have good spoken & written English to communicate with suppliers.
