Graduate (having science in HSC)

Job Responsibilities

Communicate with the Medical Professionals of the country to-

Exchange product information effectively to generate prescriptions

Achieve sales & prescriptions objectives of the company

Job Title : Product Executive

Short Job Profile

This position will report to the Group Coordinator in the Product Management Department under Sales & Marketing and the job location is the company's Corporate Headquarters at Dhaka.

Major Job Responsibilities

•   Prepare monthly action plan in fine with yearly marketing plan, product performance and competitors' activities

•   Formulate strategies and promotional campaign to achieve the target

•   Monitor the product wise daily performance

•   Allocate the promotional materials and monitor their distribution

•   Review the development status of new products and provide required inputs

•   Conduct monthly meetings at different regions

•   Provide training to the field colleagues regarding their assigned products

•   Conduct conference and scientific seminars

Qualifications & Competence Requirements

Education    :   M.Pharm/B.Pharm from reputed Universities

Experience :   01-02 years of Experience in relevant position will be given preference/Fresh graduates may also apply

Additional Job Requirement

•   Sound knowledge on computer

•   Good leadership skill & team player

•   Strong analytical, strategic thinking, organizational and interpersonal skills

•   Willing to work under pressure & travel anywhere in Bangladesh

Communication Skill : Good communication skill both in Bangla & English
