Major Duties & Responsibilities:
• Maximize unit-wise sales achievement
• Propose different plans to minimize cost and maximize profit
• Monitor and coordinate the activities of Field Force & Distributors
• Monitor the activities of the competitors and set suitable sales strategies in the assigned zone
• Train and develop the junior colleagues
Requirements:
• MBA (major in Marketing) from a reputed university
• Within 40 years of age
• Having 5-6 years working experience with 1 -2 years in a similar position of Sales/Marketing/Distribution in any reputed FMCG Company
• Proven leadership qualities with excellent communication skills
• Well conversant with MS Office & Excel
• Willing to travel frequently
Position: Area Sales Coordinator
Work Station: Anywhere in Bangladesh
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
• Ensure unit-wise sales
• Propose different plans to increase sales
• Monitor and coordinate the activities of Sales Supervisors, Sales Representatives & Distributors
• Solve market related problems
• Train and develop the junior colleagues
Requirements:
• MBA/Masters from a reputed university
• Within 35 years of age
• Having 2-3 years working experience in a similar position of Sales/Marketing/Distribution in any reputed FMCG company
• Well conversant with MS Office & Excel
• Willing to travel frequently
Position: Sales Supervisor
Work Station: Anywhere in Bangladesh
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
• Ensure unit-wise sales
• Monitor and coordinate the activities of Sales Representatives & Distributors
• Solve market related problems
• Collect market information and track competitor activities
• Train and develop the junior colleagues
Requirements:
• Graduate from any discipline
• Within 32 years of age
• Having 2-3 years working experience in a similar position in any reputed FMCG company
• Must have computer literacy
• Willing to travel frequently
Position: Executive, Quality Control
Work Station: Rupshi, Narayanganj.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
• Test, analyze and report on raw materials, packaging materials and finished products
• Prepare and standardize reagents
• Calibrate the apparatus
• Conduct in-process inspection at production area
• Compile and check the batch manufacturing record and release the finished products
• Follow good laboratory practice and maintain safety at work
Requirements:
• M.Sc. in Chemistry / Applied Chemistry from a reputed university
• Candidate having 1 -2 years relevant experience in any reputed Pharmaceuticals or Toiletries company will get preference
• Must have computer literacy
