Administrative Coordinator/Officer (General Services)
Based in Dhaka + Negotiable Salary
Reporting to the Admin Manager, the team of Admin Coordinator and Officer will be responsible for coordinating all routine administrative activities of the country office; arranging travel documents and tickets for the staff members; procuring products and services as requested by the authority; managing inventory; ensuring quality services from outsourced agencies; providing general supports to expatriate employees; and communicating NGO Bureau Officials on routine compliances. Applicants for the Administrative Coordinator position should have Master's degree and three years' relevant experience gained in any development organization. Minimum two years' experience is required for the Officer position. Proficiency in Word, Excel and Email operation are essential requirements for both positions.
