Accounts Coordinator - Grants Reporting
Based in Dhaka + Consolidated Monthly Salary Tk. 45,078.00 - 56,000.00
Reporting to the Grants Manager, you will be responsible for managing project budget, preparing donor reports and following-up audit action plans. On a regular basis, you will prepare budget as per donor requirement; prepare financial reports which includes budget vs. actual, reconciliation’s and transaction records; ensure payment documentation is compliant with donor requirements; map donor reporting process in line with Plan's Global system and orient relevant people regarding charging; and coordinate with external auditors for donor specific audit and track audit findings for future reference. For this role, you should have Master's degree in Finance/ Accounting with minimum three years' experience in any large donor funded project. This position requires 30% time in the field.
