Finance System Development Specialist/Coordinator Job in Plan Bangladesh

We are inviting applications for following positions:

Finance System Development Specialist/Coordinator
Based in Dhaka + Negotiable Salary

Reporting to the Country Finance Manager, the team of Specialist and Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing the compliance reports; identifying the knowledge and skills gap in designing and implementing financial controls; designing training curricula and manuals; conducting training programs and other capacity building initiatives; and ensuring the training outcomes through follow-ups and regular field visits. For this role, the Specialist should have minimum five years' experience in managing internal controls in any development organisation and excellent facilitation skills. The Coordinator will require minimum 2 years' experience and possess basic level of facilitation skills. In addition, applicants should have minimum CA CC or other relevant qualifications from a reputed institute.
