Career Opportunity in GM (HRD) at Concord Group

Role and Responsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible for the overall supervision, management & development of the HR Department. The main purpose of the job is to actively lead the department in a way that is consistent with the policies and practices of the group.

Key Requirements: The incumbent needs to have a strong track record in corporate HR practices related to HR Planning, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Training & Performance Management. Masters in any discipline (preferably MBA in HRM) with very good academic track record. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, leadership skills, ability to generate professional reports, proficiency in MS Office, fluency in English. Minimum 12 years experience in relevant sector, of which at least 3 years in similar senior level position. Age limit 50 years.
