Omera Cylinders Limited Job for the post of Assistant Manager (Project)

Omera Cylinders Limited, a safety, health & environment compliant organization & a subsidiary of MJL Bangladesh Limited, is setting up a state -of -the-art Cylinder Manufacturing Plant at Company's own land in Notunbazar, Habiganj, Sylhet. The Company is now looking for ambitious and motivated individual for immediate appointment to fulfill the following position:

Position: Assistant Manager (Project)

Job Description:

Supervision of Manufacturing and Quality Control for LPG Cylinder, Process Improvement, Production Planning, Day to Day Consumable Logistics, Long Term Raw Material and Consumable Logistics, Maintain Quality Controls and Instrumentation, Staff Training, Providing Expertise and Know-how transfer during Supervision of Staff/Employees, as well organizing and monitoring work flow for Production and Quality Control Section.

Key Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility during erection and commissioning at site.

To liaison with Local Authority, Contractor and Consultant during construction time at site.

Initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and laid down Work, Process and QC procedures.

Maintains staff performance and make hands on training of employees for machinery and equipment operations and processes

Searching and implementations of cost reductions;

Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel;

Qualification:

5-7 years experience in Reputed Manufacturing Industry preferred in Cylinder Manufacturing Plant or hands on experience of SAW, MIG, TIG welding and or Heavy Press Machine, annealing furnace, forging shop etc.

Knowledge of PLO/Hydraulics/Pneumatics will be added advantage

Good Analytical, interpersonal and computer literacy is essential.

B. Sc. Engineering (Mechanical/ Metallurgical) from any reputed public university will be preferred.

Job Location: Notun Bazar, Habiganj, Sylhet.
