People and Culture Manager Job in Plan Bangladesh

Plan works with over one million children, their families and communities in 50 developing countries around the world, implementing projects at the grass root and national level in health, education, water and sanitation, income generation and cross cultural communication. We are inviting applications for following positions:

People & Culture Manager

Based in Dhaka + Consolidated Monthly Salary Tk. 161,000.00 - 200,000.00

Reporting to the Country Director, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing human resources strategies for supporting program implementation; managing compensation strategy keeping internal and external equity; developing succession plans and rolling out talent management program in line with Plan's global human resource strategies; and supervising capacity building initiatives run by Plan Academy - Bangladesh. On a regular basis, you will have to carry out human resource management policy formulation, recruitment and selection, induction program for new staff members, career counseling, compliance management and participate in decision making process of country management team. For this role, you must have minimum ten years' experience including at least 3 years' experience as head of a human resource team preferably in a development organisation. You should have Master's degree / MBA majoring human resources with demonstrated ability to offer complex human resource solutions to the organisation. You must possess highly developed interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, together with a "can-do" attitude and the necessary enthusiasm and commitment to get things done.
