Job Title: Officer/Senior Officer/Principal Officer for the Islamic Banking Division
Responsibilities:
• Carry out operational activities of Islamic Banking Division
• Prepare branch performance reports
• Carry out treasury function of the Islamic Banking Division (daily fund position monitoring and reporting)
• Coordinate regularly with Credit Administration Department
• Correspondence with Bangladesh Bank to solve Islamic Banking related issues and preparation of relevant reports
• Organize Shariah Council meeting
• Maintain IBD share investment portfolio
• Carry out administrative works i.e. preparing circulars, business correspondence and maintenance of divisional assets
Qualifications:
• Bachelor/Master's in any discipline. However, degree in Business or Commerce will be preferred
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in Islamic Banking in a commercial bank
• Adequate knowledge and understanding of Shariah based banking products and services Compensation and Position: Compensation package and internal designation/position will be offered to the incumbents befitting to their experience and expertise
