Our Management Trainee Policy
The Management Trainee program is a process that will allow us to evaluate the trainee's leadership, decision-making, problem solving, communication and organization skills. We are looking for exceptional candidates who have the potential to be the future leaders of our companies. On the basis of their performance, trainees will then be placed in key roles across the group with accelerated advancement to management positions. Candidates should have exceptional academic qualifications, a strong work ethic, and the drive to succeed in a challenging environment. Work experience Is not necessary for our Management Trainee program.

Job Requirements
Academic Requirements
a) Honors Degree from any public university or private university such as IBA, DU, IUT, BUET NSU, BRAC, EWU, AIUB & IUB
b) Incumbent must have all first class or equivalent CGPA throughout the academic career
c) Engineering or Math based degrees are welcome
d) Candidates from English medium schools will get preference
e) Computer Knowledge: Must have minimum operational knowledge on MS Word, Excel and Power point presentation

Additional Requirements
a) A self starter with drive & initiative
b) Analytical & problem solving skill
c) Must have excellent communication skills in English
d) A team worker who believes in team commitment
