Trauma Center is looking for someone with Innovative Visions about Healthcare and its promotion.
Business Development Manager / Senior Marketing Manager :
- Will be responsible for developing & maintaining a professional relationship with all Doctors (Relationship Management experience would be encouraged).
- Effective monitoring and control of field level executives so that targets are met. Q Able to prepare comprehensive marketing plan and strategies along with its implementation towards the sales growth.
- Will be encouraged in the use of New & Traditional Media to promote its services to a wider audience.
- Will be required to train marketing executives and keep them abreast of new technologies used in the Hospital and Diagnostic Labs. (Therefore must be proficient and knowledgeable of such information).
- Will be required to Travel occasionally.
- Must be analytical and able to analyze data on an Excel sheet and be proficient in Advanced Excel Data processing techniques.
The person we are looking for should have excellent communication skills both in English and Bangla, be well groomed and self-motivated. Must have excellent IT skills in MS Word, Excel and other report writing tools, excellent written English and Bengali.
Educational Qualification : MBA with Major in marketing from a leading university (IBA, NSU, BRAC, EAST WEST) with bachelors in a science subject preferably in Biochemistry, Pharmacy or MBBS doctor with extensive Marketing & Sales experience (MIN: 10 (TEN) Years Experience within Hospital/ Pharmaceutical/ Diagnostic or similar Industry)
