Position: Contract Management Trainee (Retail-Sales & Marketing)

Responsibilities:
* The primary responsibilities and functions of the C.M.T/M.T/Sales Officer (S.O)/Territory Sales Executive (T.S.E) are to organize redistribution stockiest, guide and train the R.D.S team to ensure accomplishment of sales target set for the market territory/area time to time.
* The accomplishment of the sales target/objectives will be determined on the basis of the territory, market potential.
* To ensure the achievement of rightful market share, the Sales Officer/Territory Sales Executive will be responsible and accountable to determine the correct market potential, retailers sales potential, their profile, mechanic population and profile irrespective of channels like Bus/Truck/Covered Van fleet, passengers car, as well as independent service stations to extract business to achieve their objectives and sales goals.
* He/she will be responsible to exhibit attractive product display, merchandising for visibility and creating impulse buying of the motoring customers as well as direct customers of the different channels.
We Require:
* Honors in Chemistry/Commerce Graduate/Business Graduate/MBA from any reputed Educational Institution 0-2 years of practical working experience
* Good communication skill
* Good Computer knowledge
Job Location: Dhaka/Chittagong/Sylhet/Khulna- In the district/areas under these divisions. Age Limit: 25-30
