MGI is looking for enthusiastic, qualified and experienced individuals for the following positions of FRESH

Cement Industries Ltd., Meghnaghat, Sonargaon, Narayangonj:

DGM (Production & QC), post-01

•  B. Sc in Chemical Engineering or Diploma in Chemical/ Process Engineering.

•  Minimum 20 years of experience in a large capacity cement industry. At least 10 years of experience in independently heading the production department (consisting of raw material unloading, grinding, packing, delivery and Quality Control & Quality Assurance Departments).

•  Proven track record of man management, resource planning, plant commissioning, stabilization, raw mix designing, optimization of grinding mill, improving the production & productivity, process & quality control systems, leading the production team in achieving the targeted production with quality product, liaising with marketing, shipping and all other related departments.

•  Experience of optimizing & operating the Thyssenkrupp design latest technology closed circuit ball mill & Polycom grinding unit, working with ERP package and liaising with various government/semi-government agencies will be an added advantage.

Assistant Manager (Stores), post--01

•  Engineering background & MBA with specialization in materials management will be preferred.

•  Minimum 15 years experience in managing engineering stores of a continuous process industry. At least 8 years of experience in independently handling the inventory and stores management function.

•  Candidate with proven track record of implementing the stores and inventory management systems with controls and working with ERP package will be preferred.

CCR Incharge (Shift), post--02

•  B.Sc in Chemical Engineering/ Process Engineering.

•  Minimum 10 years hands on experience in optimizing & operating the cement grinding circuit. Candidate with experience in optimizing and operating the Thyssenkrupp design closed circuit ball mill and polycom circuit will be preferred.

Sr. Technician (E&I), post--04

•  Candidate with vocational training in Electrical & Electronics with minimum 10 years experience in Electrical & Instrumentation of a large scale industry. Candidates with experience in cement industry will be preferred.

•  Well conversant in E&I drawings, identification, trouble shooting, operation & maintenance.

Patroller, post--06

•  Mechanical / electrical technician with minimum 5 years experience in operating and maintaining the plant & machineries of the large cement plant.
