Job Title: Head of Islamic Banking Division

Responsibilities:
Review and develop all Islamic Banking Products in a timely & efficient manner
Develop, recommend and implement Business Development Strategies in order to meet planned and desired business results
• Meet with key clients to develop and maintain relationships; discuss client requirements, negotiate the terms and oversees the transaction as per established policies & procedures
Review the existing business portfolio to maintain/enhance the asset quality and control the associated risks, whilst exploiting opportunities to maximize revenues
Identify the segment target market and develop new business to broad base the portfolio and pursue growth opportunities
Optimize the banks operating model drive operational improvement, business/sales strategy constantly and be a genuine agent of change
Take the lead in on-line functionality of all products for the Islamic Banking Division
Maintain good relationship with Islamic Scholars and Shariah Board, Ensure that all the Islamic Banking and Capital Market Products are in compliance with Shariah requirement

Qualifications:
Master's in any discipline, However, Master's in Business or Commerce will be preferred
Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience directly related to Islamic Banking in a commercial bank
Advanced knowledge and understanding of Islamic products, Shariah based product structuring capabilities, Islamic Banking Compliance and Procedures.
