Budget Officer (02 positions based in Dhaka)
Supporting in ihe preparation of master budget for the country program, support in facilitating planning process of program budget process, provide information on budget availability for al! grants, support in preparation of required NGOAB budget and reports, providing reports for monthly budget monitoring are key responsibilities.
Requirements: At least three years experience within the finance department of a national or international organization, at least Masters in Accounting/Finance/Business or relevant field. CPA or equivalent degree (CA, ACMA, ACCA) is preferable, hands on experience on budget preparation and tracking, excellent analytical skills on financial data and design and produce effective management information, understanding of financial systems and procedures, excellent experience of computerised accounts packages, Excel, PowerPoint and Word, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
