Deputy Chief Engineer: B.Sc. in Civil Eng. 5 Years practical experience in relevant field and membership from IEB/BPA.

Deputy Manager (Marketing and Sales): M.B.A/Masters form any recognized University. 4/5 Years practical experience on apartment selling.

Urban Town Planner: B.Sc. in Civil Eng. Professional experience as Urban Town Planner and membership from architect/ Planner Association or registered with RAJUK/CDA as UTP.

Site Engineer: Diploma in Civil Eng. 2/3 Years practical experience as site engineer for building construction and has to knowledge on estimation. DEI membership is must.
