Senior Engineer job in SHELTECH Real Estate

Job Title : SENIOR ENGINEER

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth operations in construction management of high rise buildings of international standard.
• Must have experience in completion of two multistoried projects from start to finish
• Should be capable to handle 300 units at a time
• Must be familiar with BNBC, FAR and other related rules & regulations of RAJUK
• Should have sound knowledge on standard practices of construction work & safety
• Should have sound knowledge on design of structural, electrical, plumbing & mechanical
• Ensure training of personnel on Safety, Health & Environment policy laid down by the organization
• Should have excellent coordination capability between construction site & head office
• Should be able to liaison with foreign consultant
• Should have leadership skills to lead a group of professionals
• IEB membership as per building construction act 2008 will be given preference

Pre-requisite to apply:

• B. Sc/M. Sc Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) from BUET or any local public or foreign university with good Academic background
• 12-14 years Experience in multinational/reputed local organization
• Within 40-45 years of age bracket
• Incumbent must be self-motivated, honest and able to work under pressure in a fast paced working environment
• Position & Salary package is negotiable
