Manager (Security): Retired Captain/Lieutenant from Army or equivalent from other armed forces or minimum Bachelor Degree holder with at least 10 years experience in large industrial security force management.
Assistant Manager (Dormitory): Minimum Diploma in Hotel Management with 02 years experience in independently managing a hotel accommodating multinational guests.
Assistant Manager (Commercial): Minimum Bachelor Degree with 08 years experience in handling export/import and other related documents of customs, port, C & F agency etc.
Site Engineer: B.Sc. Engineer (Civil) from reputed university with 05 years experience.
Security Officer: Minimum HSC with 05 years experience in handling large industrial security force. Educational level may be relaxed for Junior Commissioned Officers of armed forces.
Security Inspector: Minimum SSC with at least 10 years experience in reputed security company or retired Sergeant/Corporal and equivalent from armed forces.
