Job Description:
Terms of applications
Each selected candidate will have to agree with a service bond for 04 (four) years.
Consolidated monthly salary during probation period will be Tk.30,000/-

Selection Procedure:
The selection process will be on merit basis.
Candidates will have to sit for competitive written test.
Successful candidates will be called for interview.
A final list of candidates will be prepared on the basis of combined result of written test and viva voce.
Successful Management Trainee Officer will be confirmed as Officer Gr-i with allied benefits attached to the grade.


Educational Qualification: MBM/MBA/Masters/BBA.

Job Requirement:
MBM/MBA/Masters in Finance/Banking/Economics/Accounting/ Management/Marketing/English/Law from any Public University or from NSU, EWU, IUB, AIUB, BRAC, IUBAT, BIBM.
BBA (04 years) in Finance/Banking/Economics/Accounting/Management/Marketing from any Public University or from NSU, EWU, IUB, BRAC with GPA, CGPA. 3.00 out of 4.00.
1st Class/GPA/CGPA. 3.00 (min) out of 4.00 either in MBM/MBA/Master equivalent & two 1st Divisions (GPA: 4.00 out of 5.00 in S.S.C/H.S.C./Equivalent) (no 3rd Division). (Class/GPA as per certificate). [Without fulfilling these criteria system will not accept the application]
Age not over 30 years as on 01.10.2012.


Candidates must be Computer literate with operational knowledge of WINDOWS: MS Office, MS Excel and MS Power Point.
