Territory Sales Officer (TSO)

Eligibility Criteria:

•  Minimum Master Degree from any Public/Private University (Any Discipline).

•  No 3rd Class/Division is acceptable.

•  Age limit- 32 years.

•  Height - 5.5' and above, having sound health.

•  Both fresher & experienced are encouraged to apply.

• The examination / Interview will be held at Dhanmondi in Dhaka.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Supervise daily Sales / Trade activities of large sales units & trade marketing unit.

•  Maintain administrative activities.

•  Increase wonderful trade relation with different traders & customers.

•  Implement the organizations policies & strategies to compete with competitors.

•  Forecast consumer's demand & achieve Sales / Trade target.

•  Secure business opportunities to achieve assigned territories' financial results through promoting our Products.

Competency level required:

•  Ability to work under stress and pressure.

•  Excellent interpersonal skills to work in a team environment.

•  Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges with commitment and honesty.

•  The incumbents should be self-driven, result oriented, hard working and willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.

•  Positive mental attitude to work in Sales / Trade Marketing of Cigarette, Bidi & Match.

•  Able to drive Motorcycle.
