HATIL Complex Limited, one of the leading furniture manufacturing companies of Bangladesh is looking for committed and performance driven candidate for the following position :

HEAD OF SALES & MARKETING

Key Responsibilities:

Design, execute and evaluate marketing plan detailing business and promotional plan

Making plan for Individuals and group to achieve the sales target

Visit prospective clients and follow up all the sales activities

Conduct Meetings with sales & marketing department to review progress and to take corrective actions when needed

Able to provide sales forecast to the production department

Educational Requirements:

Masters/ MBA (Major in Marketing)

Experience Requirements:

At least 8-10 years of practical experience in senior position in the Sales & Marketing department

Experience In Furniture Company is preferable
