ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT (HEAD OF TREASURY)

Major Responsibilities:
- To run the treasury functions effectively with minimum supervisory support
- To arrange least cost fund through blending of different sources of funds for financing at a competitive rate
- To diversify the sources of funds for a sound and stable fund management
- To manage a team of contractual personnel to handle retail deposits
- To build a sound investment base in money market/capital markets
- To develop a profit center through primary dealer operations of bonds, bills and other types of Government Securities
- To handle different types of loan agreements with banks/financial institutions and others
- Bachelor/Master's in Business Administration/Economics/Finance/Accounting and any other business related discipline from any reputable educational institution
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in Banks/Financial Institutions in the field of Treasury and Fund Management are essential to apply
- Knowledge in money market/capital market operations, primary dealer operations and related regulatory framework for financial Services products with Banks/Financial institutions will be a clear advantage
- Excellent Interpersonal communication skill and literacy in Computer is desired

- To manage the company, its brokerage and dealer operations independently with minimum supervisory support
- To meet the budgeted target of business and profitability
- To ensure strict compliance of the regulators like SEC/DSE/CSE/BB and establish good reputation with the regulators and other business associates
- To establish the company to a greater height in terms of reputation/goodwill and volume of business in a most transparent manner
- To diversify the sources of fund for business in a most competitive terms by ensuring strict adherence to regulatory guidelines
- Bachelor/Master's in Business Administration/Economics/Finance/Accounting and any other business related discipline from any reputable educational institutions
- Minimum 5-6 years of practical experience with reputable brokerage house
- Adequate and sound knowledge in different activities in the field of fund management, money market/capital market operations, related regulatory framework for brokerage/dealer/custodial/margin loan and other financial services products within the framework of regulators like SEC/DSE/CSE/BB and others
- Must be well conversant with securities rules, regulations, by laws, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skill and literacy in computer is desired
