Assistant Faculty Member/Junior Faculty
Job Description:
- Develop training/learning materials
- Facilitate work/training/learning courses
- Visit BRAC programmes to team programme realities and operational strategies
- Follow-up training/learning programmes and prepare reports
- Involve with Training/Learning Needs Assessment and training marketing activities
- Involve with different capacity building activities/forum in BLCs and others as needed
- Provide need based support to BLC Management
Job Specification:
- Masters in any discipline from any recognized university with minimum 2nd dass/division/ CGPA 2.00 in all academic examination. No third class/division or below CGPA 2.00 is acceptable
- Minimum 2 years experience in training facilitation in any reputed national development organization
- Comprehend in using computer and basic skills on MS Office (Word, Excel! and Power point)
- Willing to travel to different BLCs
Age: 27 to 35 years
Salary: Tk. 14,000-18,000 per month
Job Location: Different BRAC Learning Centres (BLC)
