Senior Faculty Member/Faculty Member

Job Description:

- Asses training/learning needs of different stakeholders inside & outside BRAC.

- Design/re-design training/learning programmes for BRAC & other organizations.

- Coordinate and facilitate different training programmes.

- Evaluate training performance and involve in training marketing and promotional activities

- Involve in designing and imparting trainers capacity building initiatives

Job Specification:

-Masters in any discipline from any recognized university with minimum 2nd class/division/ CGPA 2.00 in all academic examination. No third class/division or below CGPA 2.00 is acceptable

- Minimum 5 years experience in training facilitation and training management in any reputed national development organization with excellent facilitation skill

- Fluency in Bangla and English

- Comprehend in using computer, internet and e-mail

- Willing to travel outside Dhaka frequently

Age: 30 to 40 years

Salary: Tk. 36,000 - 46,000 per month

Job Location: Head Office
