ICT Officer
Based in Dhaka + Consolidated Monthly Salary Tk. 36,062.00 - 45,000.00
Reporting to the ICT Coordinator, you will provide regular supports to the end users by hardware/network/system troubleshooting; ensure that equipment like laptops/printers/scanners are functional; maintain that computers are registered with licensed software. On a regular basis, you will run the IT help desk service alone; attend calls from end users; maintain log books on the services provided; maintain IT inventories; train the new joiners for accessing to their relevant systems and help them maintain security and compliance. For this role, you should have Bachelor degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent with demonstrated skills in system/network maintenance and excellent knowledge on MS Office applications. Applicants with experience in managing active directory, DNS, DHCP, Router/Firewall, database software development will be preferred.
