We are inviting applications for the following position:

Job Title: Project Manager - Missing Child Alert (Bangladesh)
Based in Dhaka -t- Consolidated Monthly Salary Tk. 115,000 -140,000 + 3 years' employment contract.

You will be responsible for achieving the project deliverables by providing technical assistance to the project partners through a project team located in Dhaka, Jessore and Satkhira. As part of sub-regional Missing Child Alert (MCA) project, the overall objective of this project is to develop and pilot a sustainable cross border anti-child trafficking alert system in Bangladesh, India and Nepal. The MCA project focuses on tracing and rescuing trafficked children and women and links prevention, protection, rehabilitation, lobby and advocacy efforts to ensure an effective and efficient approach to reduce child trafficking. On a regular basis, you will have to ensure the technical assistance for developing social protection group; building institutional awareness on MCA system; designing training programs for local authorities; developing youth media groups and media partnership for creating mass awareness; developing systems and approaches for repatriation and re-integration of trafficked survivors; and conducting national level advocacy. Other routine responsibilities include working closely with finance and other departments to ensure that project meets both internal and external operational requirements; and coordinating an effective system of monitoring and evaluation that ensures high quality donor reporting. For this role, you should have Masters Degree in any discipline with at least five years' managerial and technical experience in anti-child trafficking programs/projects and demonstrated ability to work with high level policy audience. Tech-savvy applicant with relevant experience will be preferred. Other essential requirements are excellent communication skills in English and Bangla and ability to write quality reports.
