Project Manager (English Teacher Training) Job in British Council


The British Council is the United Kingdom's International organization for educational opportunities and cultural relations. We operate in 110 countries. British Council invites applications for the position of PROJECT MANAGER: ENGLISH TEACHER TRAINING.

The successful applicant will be expected to:
•  To design, deliver & evaluate training for teachers and trainers across Bangladesh - specifically in the Primary sector
•  To develop close working relationships with relevant organisations and bodies - and explore new business opportunities for the British Council's Global teaching products
•  To work closely with all business units of British Council Bangladesh in order to identify new ways of working

And will have the following skills and experience:
A detailed understanding and working knowledge of the Bangladesh
Education context
A first degree in English, Education or related field
CELTA plus two years teaching practice or equivalent
The ability to work autonomously & professionally to high standards
Post-graduate study or research in English, Education or related field
Relevant work experience in a similar environment
Good working relationship with relevant organizations & bodies
