People's Oriented Program Implementation (POPI) is a national level Development Organization is going to expand the "Floating Education & Health Care" project funded by Sig Lottery Fund-UK through Learning for Life (LfL) at Kishoreganj Haor region. This project's duration wilt be for this phase 03 (three) years. AM the positions of this project are Nikli upazila based under Kishoreganj district, POPI invites application from those potential applicants for the following positions. Name of the post : Project Coordinator-1
Master Degree, preferably in Social Science, with at least 3-5 years of working experiences in Community Education and reproductive health related Project. Proven experience on Nan Formal Primary Education Program (NFPE). Sound knowledge on Child Rights & its Policy of Bangladesh and community based reproductive health service delivery system. Main responsibilities will be to manage the project team and resources to achieve project objective and goal (sustainable outcomes) by ensuring greater community participation including working with local government, government health and education department and all stakeholders. Should have knowledge and skills on overall project's cycle management, good Report writing, budget projection skill, situation analysis, problem solution, leadership, monitoring, advocacy & lobby and networking. Willing to drive motorcycle and ready to stay at Nikli upazila.

B.Com at least 3 years practical experience in financial management of large project. Proven skill in financial compliance management i.e. GAAP, VAT, TAX etc, good administrative & leadership skills, problem solving abilities. Computer software skiii (MS-Word, Excel & Access) and abie to prepare financial report independently.

Diploma in Nursing. At least 1 years of Practical experience in Maternal and Child Health Care Programme as a Health care professional. Should have skill on promotion of Community based ANC & PNC services, counseling and networking. Able to run mobile clinic, arrange health camp, able to train TBA, monitoring TBA's work and facilitate health related meeting/ seminar for community people. Capable to produce Health related brief report.

Name of the post : Social Communicator-3
Bachelor degree or equivalent. At least 2 years field level working experience on supervision, monitoring, social communication and motivation and working with local youth and volunteers and process of community participation. Knowledge on Maternal and Child Health, Forma! and Non Formal education, children friendly teaching and skills in conducting training, monitoring and supervision of field workers, networking and advocacy are essential. Experience in working with children, Government authorizes preferable. Job includes support to Community facilitators and local volunteers, monitoring project progress, training to stakeholders and networking and advocacy.

Name of the post : School Teacher- 4
Bachelor degree or equivalent job includes, help the children in admission process, have skill to prepare lesson plan, learning material, children friendly teaching techniques, organize cultural sessions, sports for children, ensure their participation, monitor supervise their progress, maintain communication with parents and SMC. Willing to visit home to home to encourage the children and their parents for motivation and follow-up.
