Job Responsibility:
» To deal independently court cases specially Artha Rin Suits and cases under NI Act.
Educational Requirements:
» LLB (Hon’s) / LL.M from any recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
» Must have obtained Sanad from Bangladesh Bar Council to practice as a Lawyer in different subordinate Courts.
» Minimum 7-10 years experience as practicing Lawyer.
Additional Job Requirements:
» Age limit not exceeding 45 year(s)
» Good command in Bangla & English language.
» Conversant with Artha Rin Adaiat Ain, 2003, Nl Act, Code of Civil Procedure, Code of Criminal Procedure, Contract Act, Transfer of Property Act and other laws relating to Banking Business.
