Technical Service Manager
Job Descriptions: The incumbent shall ensure after Sales Service i.e. Performance analysis of Plant & Machinery of the existing users, competence in identifying problems and ability to solve including cost involvement, conduct oil sampling as required and provide detailed interpretation analysis to customers, basic understanding of equipment failure modes & diagnosis to provide advice to the customers, meeting customers expectation with a reducing product portfolio, balancing technical requirements with commercial pressures, maintaining relationship with Key customers, conduct training programs to maintenance personnel and machine operators on customers sites.
Sales manager, asst. Manager & executive
Job descriptions:
Develop and execute the growth plan for key accounts working with COO and Safes, Marketing, Technical teams Prospect and manage existing key account customers in order to achieve the sales target. Plan business opportunities and ensure regular engagement with new customers. Managing local OEMs contacts. Ensure sales target achievement. Lead new business and contract negotiations.
Qualification: Chemical / Mechanical / Marine Engineers only.
Experience: Sound Knowledge of Lubrication Systems will be highly regarded.2-3 years working experience preferably in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Cement or Power Generation Industry is mandatory.
