Head of Corporate Banking Division (Executive Vice President)

About the Role

You will be responsible for implementation of the policies, procedures, strategies, decisions and activities of all functional areas of the Division viz. Trade finance, Project finance, NBFIs finance, Syndication & Club finance, Export finance, commercial lending, etc. You will also supervise the Relationship Officers, follow-up of submission of credit proposals for quick disposal and communicate with the Heads of Branches and Credit Officials. You will further ensure compliance and implementation of rules, regu­lations and policies in preparation of credit proposals by the Relationship Officers.

About you

You should be Post-graduate, preferably in Business Administration with concentration in Finance and Accounting having sound understanding of corporate banking and wide exposure in relationship management with large Corporate Clients/ Financial Institutions. You should have minimum 20 years experience in any reputed commercial Bank with adequate knowledge in respective areas and be conversant with the rules and regulations of relevant regulatory authorities.

Age

Preferably below 50 years as on April 15, 2012.
