Professional profile:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline from, any recognized university with 7-10 years practical experience in the related field in any 4 Star or 5 Star Hotel.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure the meals and beverages to the guests in right time at required standards.
• Continuous focus on guests needs.
• Ensure the room standards at required level.
• Ensure the standards of the crockeries and cutleries.
• Educate the Service Boys about manner & etiquette and ensure their services.
• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the rooms, banquet and kitchen.
• Monitor all service standards and constantly seeking ways to improve those as well.
