Manager (Marketing & Sales)
Must be BBA/MBA- major in Marketing having 4-6 years experience in Marketing & Sales Department of any Manufacturing Industry as Ass ft. Manager/Dy. Manager (Sales) and out of which 3 years experience in similar position. Candidates having working experience in marketing & sales of bedding product will be given preference. He should have good presentation skills, CAN DO attitude and capability to lead and monitor the activities of a sales team consisting of 30 personnel in order to boost up sales volume and to achieve targeted sales. He should have also, knowledge and experience for planning of sales, forecasting of sales, formulation of sales promotional policies/strategies etc. He should be self-motivated, dynamic, energetic and result oriented. Age should be ideally between 25 - 40 years.
