Anando a, development organization implementing Integrated Development Programs in the districts of Tangail, Gazipur, Cox's Bazar & Khagrachari with the financial support from different national & international donors, invites application for the following field based positions.

Positions & Working Area	Requirements
Project Manager- 1 Place of posting: Dtghinala, Khagrachari.	Master Degree in any subject with 5 years working experience in any reputable national/ international NGOs and among them at least 2 years in the managerial position as well as Micro Credit management. The applicant must have English speaking & writing proficiency, excellent analytical skill, report writing skill, computer skill in both MS word and MS Excel. Monthly starting salary TK.17,200-19,900.
Program Officer-Training/Peace Education: 2 Place of posting: Dighinala/Khagrachari Sador	At least Bachelor Degree with 2 years working experience specially in training facilitation, human rights, advocacy & network. Monthly starting salary TK. 10,306-13,690.
Project Accountant- 1 Place of posting: Dighinala, Khagrachari	At least Bachelor Degree in commerce with 3 years working experience in accounts department with a development organization. Monthly starting salary TK. 10,306-13,690.
Branch/Unit Manager-Micro Credit: 5 Place of posting: Tangail/Cox's Bazar/Khagrachari	Graduate in any subject with 2 years experience in relevant field in any development organization/NGO. Monthly starting salary TK. 9,892-11,260.
Community Organizer- Micro Credit: 50 Place of posting: Tangail/Cox's Bazar,	H.S.C./Graduate. Working experience in Micro Credit Program will treat as additional strength. Monthly starting salary TK. 6,400-7,750.

After successfully completion of 6 months probation period, other benefits (PF, Gratuity, Festival bonus and residence facilities for bachelor staff)) will be entitled as per organizational policy.
