A reputed local conglomerate engaged in real estate sector is looking for potential candidates
Senior Architect
The candidate should have wide range of experience in large residential and commercial projects. He/she should be skilled in modern architecture software and be able to oversee the complete implementation of a project - from conceptualization to execution. Candidates having Bachelor in Architecture, preferably from BUET with 5-10 years experience in reputed Architectural or Real Estate Companies with a rich portfolio of completed projects are highly encouraged to apply.
Junior Architect
The candidate must have to be able to understand the requirement of the clients & prepare preliminary Architectural/Interior design of different projects under direct supervision of the team leader. Ability to maintain close liaison with Engineers/Estimators/Marketing Team for smooth operation. Candidates having Bachelor in Architecture, preferably from BUET, with 2-3 years experience in reputed Architectural or Real Estate Companies with proven track record are encouraged to apply.
Resident Engineer
The candidate should be a B.Sc. in Engineering (Civil) with at least 5 years experience in construction and site supervision works in large company(s). The candidate should be computer literate. He/she will be responsible for studying the structural, architectural, interior & other design/drawing pertinent to the project, prepare monthly construction works program of each interior project along with budget and execute construction works as per the specification.
Marketing Manager
The candidate will be responsible to assist in formulation of marketing strategies, prepare and implement operational plan in an effective manner to achieve the objectives. The candidate should be masters in any discipline (preferably MBA in Marketing) with good academic track record & proven ability in managing large marketing & sales operation. The ideal candidate should have minimum 6 years experience in real estate sector out of which at least 2 years in the position applied for.
Civil Engineer - DMD's Secretariat
The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge & experience in construction of high rise building, have ability to manage the day to day jobs and be able to maintain effective coordination & close liaison within internal & external clients & agencies. Candidate should be well conversant with computer applications, report writing etc. Candidates having degree in B.Sc. in Engineering (Civil) and have minimum 6 years hands on experience in the real estate sector.
Manager/Assistant Manager (Sales)
The candidate should be self driven, hard working; result oriented & will be responsible for large scale of marketing & sales activities. Have to formulate marketing strategies, prepare and implement operational plan in an effective and efficient manner to achieve the target. The incumbent must have MBA (Major in Marketing) from any reputed university with 4-6 years proven track record in the real estate sector out of which at least 2 years in the position applied for.
Sr. Executive/Executive (Sales)
The candidate should be hard working, quick learner & good team player. He/she will be responsible to assist Manager (Sales) to fulfill the sales target. The candidate should have minimum MBA (Major in Marketing) with 3-5 year’s) experience in the real estate sector.
Executive (Utility Collection)
The candidate will be responsible to timely collect all utility charges (gas, electricity, water, security etc,) on regular basis from the flat owners of the projects. Will maintain updated database of utility charges and deposit the collected amount to concerned accounts. The candidate should be minimum graduate with good academic track record.
Executive (Customer Service)
The candidate will be responsible for customer service with direct supervision of Manager (Customer Service). He/she should have pleasant personality and skill to handle external & internal customer. The candidate should have minimum MBA (Major in Marketing) with 1-2 year(s) experience in the real estate sector.
Executive (Administration)
The candidate will assist Sr. Deputy General Manager to accomplish daily administrative task smoothly. The candidate should have minimum MBA (Major in HRM/Management) from any reputed local or foreign university with 2 years experience in a large group of companies.
