Senior Sector Specialist

Job Description:

- Develop business model for marketing of human compost in BRAG WASH working areas.

- Support and facilitate the rural entrepreneurs to develop and implement the marketing plans after pilot testing.

- Assist to develop of marketing strategy based on rural marketing and implementing the policy following the nature of marketing, royalty requirements and cost with other factors.

- Provide skill development training to staff and field entrepreneurs.

- Prepare report and other necessary documents related to compost business.

Job Specification:

- BBA/MBA with major in Marketing from any reputed university. Minimum one 1st class/ CGPA 3.5 (scale 5.00) and 3.00 (scale 4.00).

No 3rd division/ class or similar result is acceptable.

- Age Maximum 35 years.

- At least 2 years of experience in related field.

- Have experience in market promotion and creation of innovative goods and materials.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bengali.

Salary: Tk.32,000/- per month.

Job Location: BRAC Head Office (Dhaka).
