Head of Board Audit Cell (Senior Assistant Vice President/Vice President/Senior Vice President)

About the role

You will be responsible for carrying out special audit/inspection as and when assigned by the Board of Directors, conducting inquiry/investigation on allegations of frauds/forgeries, detecting financial lapses and irregularities and ensuring compliance with requirements of regulatory authorities. You will also need to prepare reports instantly on the findings of inspections and make presentations before the Board of Directors.

About you

You should be a qualified Chartered Accountant having minimum 5 years post qualification experi­ence with adequate exposure in auditing General Banking, Credit and Foreign Exchange. You should also have excellent communications skills in English.

Age

Preferably below 40 years as on April 15, 2012.
