Position: Sales Engineer-05
Job Responsibilities:
Setting of sales targets. Sales forecasting, sales promotion planning. Developing plans to achieve sales.
Develop subordinates to improve their competencies (functional & managerial). Demonstrate proactive and high initiative behavior to achieve business integrity goals. Provide timely and structured feedback from customers/ competitive.
Educational Requirements:
B.Sc. In Civil Engineering or MBA from any reputed University.
Work Experience: Fresh (1-2 years experience will be preferred).
Additional Requirements for all Jobs:
• Good inter-personal and communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
• High degree of leadership competencies (Strategy formulation for his area, Business Understanding, People Skills)
• Very strong approach to Systems and processes.
• Strong computer literacy skills.
